SIR I TRIED TO REPAIR PDS ON V557 WHICH HAS NO SOFTWARE VERSION AND BOOT VERSION IS 08.B0.

MY SMART CLIP LOG IS HERE.

What power supply do you use with your Smart-Clip?
What type of data cable are you using? Forced Boot Mode or the Standard P2K?
Was the phone's LCD disconnected while you've tried to perform TestPoint connection?
Did you get error 19F with any other phone?

i had used 12volts 1amp power supply adaptor for smart clip
i used standard cable
yes the lcd was disconnected

please give me some solution to repair pds on v557.

Was the phone's LCD disconnected while you've tried to perform SmartTestPoint connection?
Did you get error 9B with any other phone?
What's the firmware version on the phone?

I had the same issue with one V3re and seem that there was a problem in the connector of the phone, because when I move the cable the box work perfect and I had to put the cable in a position and try don´t move, prayed, prayed, and BINGO after to many hours and many error message I could do it (in each error message I had to start from the begining).

I attempted with one w510 to read info and put in flash mode and there was not problem. For example, when I got the message 19f or other error message reading the info with the V3re I change the cable to the w510 and not problem to read info.

If, when you connect the phone direct to the PC and get the message Uknow Device or "There was a problem connecting the device" (I don´t remember exactly), then there is a connection problem or cable problem, please correct me if I wrong.

I hope don´t have any problem with other phones and my BOX be right.
