Member: 229997 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 636 | @ minnu, with new handsets like W490/W510 this error usually appears in case if the Smart TP was held too long ot some other PCB component was touched. Please double check unlock manual and try to run unlock procedure once again. Also, try to use another data cable.
