Move S-Card to an other box help - GSM-Forum

Hi
I have two smart clip boxs and only one S-card and yesterday the box wich my s-card is registered to broke down (connected a simple 9v 1000mA and burnt!!)

SmartMoto 2.15
S-Card: 32544xxxx Smart-Clip dongle, v 1.12, assigned Smart-Clip: 46971xxxx Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: 72738xxxx, version: 3.12
S-Card: 32544xxxx Smart-Clip dongle, v 1.12, assigned Smart-Clip: 46971xxxx Europe
Please connect Smart-Ñlip assigned to this S-Card

Could I use my s-card with the other box? and if yes how please.

@ salimben,

to use S-Card with another Smart-Clip you have to send a request to support[at]smart-clip.com
In letter you have to specify serial numbers of both clips, serial number of S-Card and explain what problem you have.

I recieved the support email thanks but now my second clip burnt again (smoke came out this time) and I only used a 9v 1000mA.
where can I buy the two things next to the charging input to fix it my self please? and what are they called.

I think that you should buy new power source

For stable Smart-Clip functions minimum output is 9V & 500mA. Recommended power supply is 12V & 750mA.

Gsmserver team has solved this problem to me,they have reset my scard and simply when i have made scard update the card have marriage with another box,because my first box was deaded ,and now all is ok!

My problem now is my second smart-clip isn't working

I got the email from support thank you

but now I have to fix both.
What does GSMServer team recommend to fix them or could any one from this forum recommend a good UK reseler that knows how to fix both.
