my trist story with smart clip


I get a smart clip that just stopped working...just like that
ok every thing die...clips too, so i decided to update my smart unlocker to smart clip
i made payment and got to wait 2 or 3 days before to be able to update the smart unlocker,
now my smart unlocker is updated and become a smart clip, but still can t use it with smart card , coz, soft ask to insert assigned smart clip ( i suppose the one is dead)
SO i'll have to buy a new smart card or WHAT???
i already sent a log file for support and still waiting answer???
i'm getting bad days with MOTO, coz till i can use this smart VERY SECURED clip, i'm doing moto phones with code, but many give no data so need a support from team asap

(for me is a good lesson for next time)

No need to buy anything. You just have to send us a letter saying that you need to register your new Clip with old S-Card.

P.S. If you still didn't get reply allowing you to update, please send your letter again. Possibly your message never reached our inbox.

Already done, before posting here...
Update of smart unlock to smart clip already done
remaine assign SN of smart card to clip SN.
