Mate That will be really unfair on Supporters.

This plan will really be helpful for those who purchase smart clip first(Great device with really great features & Equally good support on forums), But Slightly expensive.

When you look at the price Plans, They are really great for those users Who Did Quite a lot of flashing(So they end up with using whole quota way before their plans expiry date).

But when you think of a guy who had just started the buisness, purchased smart clip, Got the account, Even after say 1 year He might be able to download say about 400Mb of data.

Next time around he might be thinking this way as i am thinking.

I Am Requesting all to Cast ur Vote, so that team will be able to know how much is the Need of such plan.

So it is the Polite request from my Side to the SmartClip & Bootloader Team to please derive a plan of say 1GB of data Access for say unlimited Period, This will be really Great for the Users & That might Bring a Sale Hike in Boot loader Account Sale.

Thanks & Regards
Anand Vikas

I think that if after a year of making business with Motorola you can't find $20 to pay for flash files support, then it's right time to start dealing with another business.
The profit should be more than expenses

in my opinion,20usd for per year(standard account) is fair enough, no need change anything about support site

@ All Thanks a lot for all ur openion on This.

The Point i am making over here is Not about the price of any perticular plan, but i am specifying about need of a new plan, Let the price be decided by Smart clip & Bootloader team. Obiviously The price of this plan is going to be higher than 20$. User may also suggest Price for such plan over here, but the point over here is does all of us need such plan or not.

The point that user jr90, just had made, make my point more clear. Many users may start purchasing this new account, This will obiviously make more buisneess for the team & Better support for user.

@ All Other Users Please Cast ur Votes so that We all should know that such a plan will be useful or not.

Thanks
Regards

I never liked the GSM-Server setup. I had 6 months free access to flash files when buying the S-Card but could never download them becuase the download link was available but when I tried to download it, it would give me an error related to "Access". When I asked GSM Server Team to help me they said it was my ADSL internet connection and that I should try dial-up to solve the problem.

Well I tried that and that did not help. I went to see a friend that had his own access and Smart-clip with ADSL connection and no problem. If we tried my box and access it would not work.

Not the connection just the way my access was setup, 6 months access that couldn't be used. Dissapointed about flash file support but the product is very good. Motorola not doing much in the market place anymore. Just Nokia and Samsung.
