Hi. customer brought in a damaged v300.. looks to be ran over or something. both LCDs cracked, flip busted, no power..

she really would like the phone numbers.

when put new battery the lights blink once powered but thats it..

smartmoto finds NO PHONE..
tried grounding pin 13/14, still no phone.

when i hold down the power button, sometimes smartmoto finds blank phone.

will repair pds bring this phone back to life if i try to do it while holding down the power button?

the board looks to be undamaged but it only takes small damage to make phone not work.

can this be fixed?

ok so after messing around with it and pushing the power button 100000 times i managed to get the phone into flash mode..
i made a full back up.. is the phone book in there??

please say yes, and how do i get it?

i examined the board really close, the metal housing on the top right got broken off in a couple places and it took the board traces with it.

so, how do i get the phonebook out of the flash if it there? just try to flash a working v300 with that backup i made?

i have a water damaged v300 i could use as a test phone.. i guess i cant make it worse haha.

well that did not work.
i flashed the backup from the damaged phone to a good working phone and it stopped working.. so. i dont know what else to try.

any ideas?
