Can smart clip unlock new C651? Is it supported w/ v1.22?

check the support site http://www.smart-clip.com/index_models.html C650 is supported and i think C651 is just American version of C650 so it will supoorted by smartclip, to reduce risk of damaging phone wait for team member to respond

Only u can do is it to Read its Flash File & send to Smart-Clip Team ..
I don't think so that same thing have to repeated too many times

American version with T-Mobile is C650.... that version unlocks 100%.

Already tested unlocking New Motorola C651 using SMART-CLIP...just tested today...

yup you're right...they should add this to their list...if i didn't strengthen my guts to unlock this phone then we'll not know if smart-clip can unlock this phone...

i have read threads from nokiafree.org. there's a software you can download to unlock C650. if anyone is interested you can try it to your motorola c651.
