Problem With my Smart Clip!? - GSM-Forum

Hi,

My smart clip was working fine for a few months. But now it doesn't unlock my phones any more. For instance when you try to unlock a V360 it goes to boot mode and then says "error". Also when I try to unlock the C-series it operates and shows a green light, but the phone is not unlocked! When I search the clip on smart moto it finds the clip, but it just says no phone found when I search for a phone to flash or repair (Testpoints are fine).

Any idea how I can fix it? Because I bought it from poland and I live in South Africa. Its not worth it to send it back.

if it's still under warranty only solution it's to ship back for change to new one....

Try to update your Smart-Clip and send log file to support[at]smart-clip.com
In letter please specify what problem you have.
