Problem with smartmoto (could not get USB descriptor) - GSM-Forum

I use SmartMoto 216
I try about 10 different phones (V600 V3 L7 L2 ... ) and get the same error when I press search button I get "could not get USB descriptor or no phone found" (phone connected to smart-clip and in flash mode). But when I connect it to PC usb-port - all ok. Smart clip found it and can flash. I changed 2 diff cables.
I think it happend after upgrade to 112 fw.
When I connect switched on phone clip detects it and can operate it test mode
For example here is log of new 100% working L2

@ Jiminay2000,

Please tell us what power adapter you are using.
Smart-Clip suppose to work properly with Power adapter 9V 500mA.
Also please check cables, if you have tried to change USB cables and power adapter is 9V 500mA, please write a letter to support[at]smart-clip.com with log file and your serial numbers (Smart-Clip, S-Card) and description of your problem.

my power suply and cables is ok
I'm not newbie with smartclip I used it about 1 year without problems

I also face the same problem
Could not get USB descriptor.
Tested with two phones l6 and v3x.
Change USB cable, power supply is of 9V and 1000 ma.
please help.
