Arrow s card error


my smart clip has been stolen that was update with 3.16 and s card version is 2.09 now i have just s card and i m not able to use my s card with scout new exe 1.16 coz my s card version is 2.09 when i open scout exe it show smart card status is removed how to update my s card with 2.10 ver i neede help urgent thanks in advance

Hi...
You need to have SmartClip connected to receive update.
Maybe a good option for you is to purchase SCard to SCout dongle conversion..
Only $15.00 US.... http://www.gsmserver.com/shop/gsm/co...d_to_scout.php

In the future you can also change it back again to SCard when you are able to purchase a new Smart Clip.

Please send us (support[at]smart-clip.com) a letter with the serial of the stolen Smart-Clip, so we can block it and locate when someone tries connecting it.

Dear br i m forgot the serial nomber of my smart clip but i have update it many time with smart clip support i can give u my s card serial no that was update with my stolen smart clip other can i update my s card with another smart clip coz i try to update my s card with my friend smart clip it show bad smart clip info any idea about this thanks in advance
