Member: 4611 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 68 | Bios set to epp. Every time I press connect, the clip lights go out for a few seconds, then restart. Smartmoto worked 100% before I updated. S-key serial read o.k Smart-Clip not found. Just for fun. Changed every possible setting in bios, and tried several in device manager. Still clip not found. O and updated to v1.02, still the same. Have several U6 to unlock, and can do nothing about it. The psu is the same as the one I used the fist day I bought the clip and is functioning 100% The parallel lead also works, but I have tried the clip conected directly to the printer port, and still useless. Pc is a P4. Any ideas??? |

It now works with smartmoto v2.0 on my original laptop with original settings. I see what you say is correct but my laptop wont run with EPP settings and maybe others having same problems  edit I now have the problem of SMoto only seeing fone through pc usb and not SClip, If I try through clip I get error lights and no phone found. Member: 55766 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 333 | Right, Ive now got SmartMoto to see Smartclip BUT cant read or even see fones connected by smartClip. I can read Fones via PC usb socket but cant flash or do anything with P2k fones. The Clip shows error if try to connect fone via clip with Smoto but Clip unlocks OK as stand alone. This is the same on two different laptops even with one set for EPP. Joke is an understatement : |
