Sd Card Pairing....


Dear Sir,
I apologize if my question is already answered but I try a lot and did not find.
My smart clip is damadged and return to reseller for repair. Now I only have my s-card, my question is:
Can I buy a new sc and use the same s-card ?

sure u cant because ur s-card is ealrady register with ur damaged smart clip

Please write a letter to support[at]smart-clip.com explain what problem you have and specify serial number of old and new Smart-Clip an your S-Card.

S-card Pairing Support@smart-clip No Response

I have sent 4 different mails to support@smart-clip to enable me pair my s-card with another smart-clip as the one paired is damaged by power surge, still awaiting reply or instruction. I have also sent a pm to Mr Thinkertrain, still no reply. Somebody in the smart-clip support HELP.

Thanks for your response i will be patient just as i suppose others with similar problem. We will however appreciate it the wait will not be too long. We are lossing customers.

Smart-clip Support Thanks S-card Paired With New Smart-clip

When smart-clip support say be patient they mean business, waited a couple of hours and now my problem solve my s-card is back in business. Thanks smartest clip team.

For me not yet. After buy new kit (clip + scard) now the new clip is also dead. I buy new one and want pair it with old dongle but no reply after mail and PM.
