Member: 78111 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | ok, I try to unlock the v60i and v66. The cable come with the clip, and I even try a motorola oem cable. When connect the phone direct to my computer usb, the computer recognize the phone right away, so the cables are good. The battery is fully charge. I can't even get the unit to read the flash, everytime I click read flash, the software comeback with "no phone connect". |

Member: 78111 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | ok, I have tried all the combinations possible, clean the port, connect the phones firmly, use different cables including OEM cable, use various brand new 9v batteries (duracell, energizer, rayoac), universal 9v ac/dc power adapter. The phones connect to the computer perfectly, the computer recognize the phone no problem, I even use the phones as modem to browse the web on T-Mobile network. So it's not a connection issue of the cables and the phones. and now, the clip E/G green light just turn off and stay off indefinitely after press unlock. I pretty sure that the clip is defective, for a $250+ device, it shouldn't take this much to work. |
