Member: 96141 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 200 | i don't know what they mean about this cable, the magic isn't in the tp wire. testpoint wire is anything from ground wich have 0 volt and go to ground of the phone or of the box, they are all the same, i thing maybe they have make a pure ground who hasn't any signal or noise, or maybe it connect itself instead of connecting tp and search then release and unlock. it's not a big thing. br Last edited by .:bono:.; 09-04-2006 at 02:23. |

Member: 61204 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 148 | moochers..... use a precision hand drill .... drill over the testpoint with a small bit then toutch the testpoint to the side of the heatshield at an angle and works with no problem..... |

Member: 61204 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 148 | anything metal directly exposed in the phones are normally ground points all heatshields are a great ground and no soddering is requiired ( less dead phones..... if need be ill post pics of all the tools i use to make holes unlock repair etc |

Member: 216952 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | i preffer to solder a thin wire to test point, so i can work the phone with out problem, i have a microscope and good solder so is fast, easy. I always put the small wire in the charge connector for groung like v3 i left it inside and plug the cable and once i remove i just pull it,.... |
