Smart Clip update problem - GSM-Forum

I got the S-Card. want to upgrade& Register it but the client asking me to upgrade Smart-clip, trying to upgrade the Smart-clip but the server is giving me the following error:

SmartClip update software 1.23
Warning: make sure you use power adapter!
Looking for clip at 0x278...
Clip serial: 273xxxxxx
Firmware version: 2.26
login... OK
Server firmware version: 3.12
Clip warranty period:
04-Jan-2005 to 03-Jul-2005 (expired)
EEPROM test successfull,reporting... OK
Checking dongle... failed
No any Smart-Clip dongle found.
Please connect dongle and try again.

Anybody can help here??

u r using low voltage power supply

bro make sure that u must use [OUTPUT=DC 9V 500MA]

Im using an adapter with exactly the output power u mentioned... And it's not the first time updating it and on the same PC..
I wnder what is going ON now!!

There is nothing to do with power. Your dongle is not detected. Did you connect it properly?

i also my one smat clip update with s card then i connect the phone phone serch then error me
error

whtas problem sir ialso mail to but not proper solution to me

what error appears during unlock\flash procedure?
Please show log file, don't forget to hide your serial number.

You are right man, it was the dongle not seen correctly.. I thought the problem was with the Clip..Its working now,

my scard or smartclip wont update says check internet setting or try later and scard says Can''t connect to server, network error: ''Socket Error # 10061
Connection refused.''
what is wrong i never had any problems before i bought scard now none will update.

NO ANY SMAT-CLIP Dongel Found

INSTALL PortTalk FIRST IN PC AND RESTART YOUR PC .NOW READY

FOR UPDATE SMAT-CLIP.
