my smartclip upadted sucessfully but my dongle does not uopdates to 3.03
it always says:

Code:

Checking dongle... OK
S-Card serial ***********
S-Card not identified
Please ensure your S-Card is connected properly

plz help me i have tried on two different pcs but problem is same.

@ xxxman,

Please save log file from the update procedure of your S-Card and send it to

along with the serial numbers.
