smart moto wont prepare - GSM-Forum

smart clip working and reading info ok but you go to prepare any phone I get this.

internal error 0009

has anyone encounter this problem please help.

Download SmartMoto again and reinstall it.

Is this the only solution available. I already download it and reinstalled soft and I am still getting the same error.

Please show the full log file without serials. Also, please specify, do you get this kind of error with any phone or with that particular model only?

it gives the same error on any phone that I have tried.
after I read the phones info then I go to prepare and thats the errror that I get.

What version of SmartMoto do you use? Hope that is the latest one?
