smartclip cant unlock - GSM-Forum

i ve been have problems with my smartclip of late i cant unlock using the top button ,Example if i want to unlock v300 the green light will go off after a few mins it will come on but in red meaning it hasnt unlocked pls help what she i do

what boot Version?make sure you have full battery before operation.
