Note: in order to run ActiveX client software you must use Internet Explorer Windows XP SP2: if you have problems running unsigned ActiveX, please open Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level and change "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt" i have done what it says about changing Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt" but still no luck i am running xp sp2 could someone please help this is a new computer in 1 month ago so i have never updated smartclip ever on this any help would be great cheers |

Then everything will be OK.) this does not come up??? i am using IE 7 could that be the problem???? cheers for help |

You have reliable Internet connection 3. You use a stable power supply with your clip (use power adapter) 4.
