SmartMoto problem, please help me - GSM-Forum

Hi, when I try to search a phone with SmartMoto (Phone connection: Smart-Clip USB port) always displays this:

SmartMoto 3.20
S-Card: 377****** Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.10, assigned Smart-Clip: 807****** Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: 807******, version: 4.08, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... no phone found

I tried with different phones and always displays no phone found. Please help me. Thanks.

I have the smartclip but it shows error that

clip communication failed

what can i do ?

Please specify, what exactly did you do to connect the phone and what exactly models did you try with?

It worked fine till a month ago, I didn't do anything different and the problem is with any phone connected thru Smart-Clip USB port (V3, Krzr, Rizr...)

Yesterday I keep a phone connected because I forgot to disconnect it from the SmartClip

but like 30 minutes later, the phone make the connected sound and when I clicked the search button and SmartMoto recognize it. I do the same with another phone, and it worked. Now I see that its a speed (or something like that) problem. (I tried with different data cables and thats not the problem). Thanks again.
