i read a bakcup from phone after that it's in flash mode i use tp to read it

maybe its a late reply but yesterday got one U6 like yours

just repair PDS and then full flash a mfw file. it will be ok after that.

What fw version did you flash?

I got the same problem. It happened when i tried to unlock it with smart moto. Where can I get the flash files from???

It have happened with me too because of my incorrectly performed unlocking procedure. But it happened with other phone model.

I think that the author have to flash his phone with the other firmware version. With the same or with the higher one.
