Unlock V500 get error BD - GSM-Forum

dear all.
today I try unlock V500 with TP.but I get error.
here is log:
SmartMoto 3.20
S-Card: XXXXXXXX Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.10, assigned Smart-Clip: XXXXXXXXX Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: XXXXXXXX, version: 4.08, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found

please give me know how to solved the problem,and now phone condition become restart.

Why did you decide that V500 requires TP method for unlock? What was the original boot version of the phone?
As far as i've concerned, V500 can be unlocked simply by one button procedure.
Perform Repair PDS and flash your phone now with the same or higher fw version.
