I already follow the procedure on www.bootloader.com smart adapter update, but have this error appear. What should I do please advice me.

@ mamo_mogon03,

Please reinstall drivers for the Smart Adaptor.
Detailed manual with the drivers can be found here.

I did follow instruction installing smart adapter driver but problem still the same sir. I reinstall the driver when it ask @ c:\Program Files\GsmServer\SmartMoto\drivers\ClipUSB\. it still ask for install drver for bootloader and try again.

Please send your log file from Smart Adaptor update along with the serial number to support[at]smart-clip.com.
Also, please include the detailed description of all your steps and procedures that you have performed.

After three days of trials. Problem resolved.

Here is my new logs few minutes ago.

SmartClip update software 2.16
Warning: make sure you use power adapter!

USB adapter serial: **********
Boot Version: 1.00
Firmware version: 1.01
Smart adaptor warranty period:
04-Jun-2008 to 01-Dec-2008(178 more days)
downloading u2l_init...100%
Waiting device driver error

second try:

Boot Version: 1.00
Firmware version: 1.01
Smart adaptor warranty period:
04-Jun-2008 to 01-Dec-2008(178 more days)
Sending RAMBoot... 100%
Update error

and another tries: and look my USb serial number and firmware version change

USB adapter serial: 0
Boot Version: 1.00
Firmware version: 0.00
internal server error
No need update, you have the last version

And finally:

USB adapter serial: **********
Boot Version: 1.00
Firmware version: 1.01
Smart adaptor warranty period:
04-Jun-2008 to 01-Dec-2008(178 more days)
Reading new firmware version
New Boot version 1.01
new firmware version: 1.04
Update completed successfully.

At many tries I successfully update my smart adaptor.
