i had v3 razer phone which has blank lcd. .when i insert the battery only keypade lights on. . .when i try to flash the phone it gives me error.. . .

Reading flash id... 0xFF - 0xFFFF, chip unidentified means that flash memory chip is not read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.
