V3 boot 8.26.keys not working..after unlock - GSM-Forum

DEAR FRIENDS.,
I have 2nos.v3..with boot 8.26...after RSA remove and unlocking...phone is unlocked...but non of the keys are working except cancel(red )button...incoming is ok.
2.when we start phone with simcard it goes into voice recording on its own.Nothing else works...

what i did...the clip is updated ...including smart-moto
2.tried repairing..PDS..soft says successful...then i flashed with almost all new full flashes available on the site..NO USE...
THE PROBLEM IS SAME...now the boot is ver7...is this problem because of downgrading boot?

SUPPORT TEAM...PL HELP...

Unlocking has nothing to do with your phone keypad not working problem.

Some phone after upgraded to newer version ,keypad stop working.In this case you can use keypad flexile to fix your phone.

Your problem mostly caused by liquid damage.Open the lcd front cover ,check the cable connector ///camera connector///Last check the connector beneath the len of small front lcd ..You should solve it.
