how unlock the V3 bootloader 08.29 all service? i can not unlock it

help me smartteam

Connect the handset with, TP create a backup and send it us along with the handset info.

Required file have to be compressed by RAR archive, divided into portions by 8 Mb and sent in separate letters to support[at]smart-clip.com. The letter has to contain the following information.

About the handset, that backup was made from*:
- Model
- IMEI
- User code
- Security code
- Operation band
- Firmware
- Flex version
- Language pack

*To get full handset information, please connect powered ON phone to SmartMoto via Smart-Clip, open an INFORMATION tab and press SEARCH.

That is URGENT!
