V3 bootloader ?

Hy,

I've been trying to unlock a V3 that when I press "*+#+power" shows boot version 8.26 but when I try to remove RSA, Smart-Moto says not necessary because boot version is 0.FF... what is this?...

SMART-MOTO LOG:

Quote:
SmartMoto 1.23
Clip serial: ********, version: 2.26, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 0.FF
This phone does not need "Remove RSA" procedure, you may unlock it with Smart-Clip button
But when I try to unlock it the normal way it says:

" Bootloader
8.26
SW Version:
R374_G_0E.42.0.8R

OK to Program
USB
Transfer Mode RDL SIG ERROR: 55:02: "

And Smart-Clip light go RED.

Hope You can help with this.

Did you connect with TestPoint or something?

People thanks,

But it must have been a glitch. After 5 times with no success. It worked in the normal way at the 6th time.

The first times I connected Smart-Moto allways said "no phone found". So I thought it had to be some weird version and tryed to remove RSA with testpoint, and that's when it said that bootloader version was 0.FF... ???
So I rewinded all my procedings and tryed like it should have worked the first time, and it was all OK !...

Thanks for all your help.

This is a mistake.
'Remove RSA' procedure should be performed when the phone is powered on. No Testpoint is needed.
