V3, keypad with light and flash mode


Hi everybody,
a client bring me a V3 with the keypad allways with light, and when i want to read it with smartclip, it is in flash mode (Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found)
How can i put it back in normal mopde?

no, pcb was ok. I put it in ultrasonic, but same problem.

Try to see if there aren't any damages on near the TestPoint area.This could cause it

i have same type of fon v3 with key pad light on and says s blank phone found need urgent help

@ mccecc,

In most cases when the handset get detected as "S Blank...", it shows that the TP is shorted. Please check the mainboard of the phone.
