V3i Boot loader 0A.30. - GSM-Forum

I have one v3i boot loader ver. is a.30 only prepare phone can unlock this
or after prepare phone i have flash the phone?
If after prepare no need to flash then i will unlock by prepare phone
plz answer my quetion

To unlock your V3i you have to connect powered ON handset to PC via Smart-Clip, select 'Prepare phone' option, tick 'Unlock automatically after prepare' and perform 'Prepare' operation.

If you are going to perform all steps as mcandre suggested - the flashing will not be required.

brother i had done the same procedure to unlock v3i with boot loader 0A.30 but after prepare opration it ask me to flash the phone . . can u tell me where is the problem. . .

Before in one handset i also had same problem that'swhy i post but
now i am not getting this problem thanks to mcandre.
Now you have to flash remember next time you have to do this correctly.
