V3i only on hellomoto log then shuts off - GSM-Forum

good day...i have here v3i,,,when powering the phone it display hellomoto logo after that the phone will shut off....any solutions for this?

i tried flashing it but still the same....

repair PDS and then full flash ths et with same ver and if possible then plz send Here logs

i just have 1 question...the original flash file with this phone is higher than what i have here available...is it ok to flash it with different version?

What is your phone's original version? It is advisable to flash the same or higher version only?

R47A_G_08.D8.88R this is the original version but i flashed it with the lower one....do u think that cause the problem? my phone now is powering on but only on hellomoto logo after that the phone shuts down...

I'm sure that flashing with lower versions may cause software problems. Find appropriate flash file and use it for flashing.
