V3r flashing problems ..clip comunicatio failed - GSM-Forum

i have here the log of the v3r strange flashing problem. it can connect without tp as lte blank, but Clip communication failed at 12% always only with this phone.

@ dipu,

make sure that TP not shorted and that the handset don't have any hardware malfunction. Check the battery, make sure that it fully charged.
And try once again.

i use external power, no phone was okay but now is dead. Clean the tp area. i tried many times. phone flashing stops at 12%. i thought it was clip, but fine with l7 flashing and others. thank you

what voltage did you use for the external power supply?

Exactly 3.7 to 4.00 volt.
