V3r problem - GSM-Forum

I`ve one V3r(pink) with boot version 3.00 and firmware R4515_G_08.BD.62R. I`ve tray to unlock it with TP and after that flash with Bulgarian LP, but there is a problem. The phone become dead no power on, no flash mode. I`ve tried to reflash it but there is a error:

Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 3.00
Reading flash id... 0x0090-0x0090
Phone group: V235,V360,V360v,V3i,V3r,L7,L7v
Reading OTP... error B8
Warning: OTP read failed
Preparing... not supported

Could somebody tell me what to do thanks.

@ kuncho,

Reading flash id... 0x0090-0x0090 this error shows that Flash chip can't be read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.

i repeat TP procedure all day today. but only this appear in Smart Log. the phone was live before i try to unlock and flash it. Now it is like the TP is always connected. I think this is problem. Is this the main problem or i have to rehot the phone

@ kuncho,

Please check the mainboard of the phone. Maybe it has some hardware malfunction or TP is shorted.

thanks i clean the resistor and all is ok
