V3r problem!


When I put batery I have on the screen:
boot loader
0A.52
SW VERSION:
R4515_G_08.BD.
20I_GNPO_1_RFD
PH SIG ERR:
35:02:
OK TO PROGRAM
CONECT USB DATA CABLE

I flash with smart clip(full flash) also repair PDS but nothing.....
When I flash phone with full flash proces go 10% and stop.. I get these message:

Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 3.00
Reading flash id... ST - M30L0R8000B0
Reading flash id/2... none, OK
Phone group: V235,V360,V360v,V3i,V3r,L7,L7v,K1
Hardware IMEI: 352236010611568

[1998] retrying block write at 0x10400000... error BE

Help ? can I repair phone by smart clip?
Maybe hardwer problem????
What is "error BE"??????

it is software....conect phone using force boot cable and full flash it with PST or RSD...

@ damko,

Please make sure that the battery of the phone fully charge and try once again.
If same error will appear, most probably that the phone had hardware malfunction.

No offence , but if battery was discharged the phone displays that on boot mode...

Ok if phone have hardwer malfunction what to do??flash chip or something else??

If the error is the same, then it looks like some sector at the flash chip can't be read\writen properly.
