sorry for my question, coz i am not so master in motorola phone . i have a v3v . i follow the sugestions in forum to make the tp of v3r and to chose v3i from the list . but no sucess unlock error , i make this steps

conect tp to ground
put the batery
conect to smart clip
search in smart moto ( searching for phone ...found sblank neptune lte2....)
after i have select v3i or v3r and push unlock via tespoint ..but no sucess
this is the response ..
Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 3.00
Reading flash id... 0x0090-0x0090
Phone group: V235,V360,V360v,V3i,V3r,L7,L7v
Reading OTP... error B8
Warning: OTP read failed
Unlocking phone... error A0

my question is .. after i make search and found sblank neptune i must disconect tespoint ??
ps: phone is still alive

@ keany,

Please specify what boot and firmware versions the phone has.

Testpoint procedure:

• Disassemble the phone
• Connect the phone to PC via Smart-Clip, using standard cable(Not repair one), and launch SmartMoto
• Connect Testpoint to ground (Connect one end of the cable to TP, and the other to any metal shield(ground))
• Connect Phone Battery
• Press Search button in SmartMoto
• SmartMoto should detect "S Blank..."
• Disconnect Testpoint
• After that press “unlock via testpoint” button.
