i cant unlock it please help i try to unlock it by test point as v3x and v3i and nothing

You may have damaged something on the v3x the flash chip is showing up in error. check your phone and try ****ing some hot air to fix the flashchip

disconect phone from pc
restart your pc
then repeat the unlocking procedure
i had a same problem today with V3X
that is how i solved

I Don't think it can be repair Now...
As u can See the Phone group its Showing
"Grupo de teléfonos: A835,A845,A920,A925"
100% Something wrong with Flash Chip/PCB etc...
So u can Count it in H/W Not in S/W...

means that flash memory chip is not read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the processor may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the pt procedure.

i have same problem too and i think this is new protect from motorola again, this is the new boot loader for this version v3x.because this is new phone from voda .please gsm server solve this problem...regards.......

Well the phone is brand new so is kind a hard that the phone came damaged from the company and i have perform unlock procedure in v3x like 50 times never have a problem before with a v3x but this is the first time i see a v3x with this boot

i want to know if this problem could be that the phone is not supported by smart clip cause this boot or this is not possible and the phone have h/w problems

I have a question about the above answers please. No standard answers please.

Connection between the chip and the processor may be improved by the hot air." is it possible for the flash chip to be damaged but the phone still work fine on the three network?


and:

When you say: 2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the pt procedure. if the tespoint probe (to gnd) is not in the correct place then surely you cannot get to this error because the phone would not be detected.


i have a c975 with this internal error 1, but it still works ok on three but will not unlock. i think that i have pressed to hard on the testpoint though-hole and maybe the track is broken. i'm not really to bothered about the phone as i will replace it but i would just like to know what the problem is.

i hope you understand the questions.
