How to downgrade bootloader on V8 from A3.CF to older version?

You can try to use bootloader replacer, but I wouldn't recommend you to do than because there is a big risk that you will kill the phone. Why do you want to downgrade boot version?

Because customer wants to change firmware.

AFAIK A3.CF should works with all firmwares... try to change/downgrade firmware without changing bootloader.
