i have a V3X dead-tried *,#,power on button-did not get bootloader screen-so can not do PC FLASH.

so tried flashing via smart clip-an error as below

Searching for phone... found S Blank Rainbow POG, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 3.10
Reading flash id... Intel - 28F256L18B (x2)
Phone group: E770,E1000,E1070,V3x,V975,V1050
Hardware IMEI: 358003005352BD2

above error message is not via testpoint-set connected to smart clip after press *,#,power on.

@ zone2,

More likely that the phone has hardware malfunction, as the IMEI can not be read properly

Try to improve the connection between Flash IC and the PCb of the phone with the hot air.

trying with tp method if u get same error so its hardware

I've also the same problem, can you post a photo for the right point to send hot air?

Please explain in more details what problem you have.
Show us some log files, it would spread some light at your problem.

The particular sector of the flash chip can not be overwritten. More likely it's damaged.
It looks like the flash chip has to be replaced.
