V3xv unlock problem pls help - GSM-Forum

I have an V3x motorola for unlock. I tryed to unlock via "prepare" but i recieve a message that the model doesnt match v3x in the list. I was afraid tocontinue operation and i made the TP procedure. All was ok , unlocking ok , but now the LCD's are not working. I've checked the tp and is clean , flex from LCD looks ok. It is posible to be a software problem?
The phone is:
Searching for phone... found Motorola Phone (RAZRV3xv), getting test interface... OK
Model RAZRV3xv
Firmware R252211LD_U_85.97.CDP
Boot version is 0.6.8.3

Any ideas how to make this phone work ok? Is there any posibility to solve this problem by flashing the phone? or is a hardware mailfunction?
Any ideeas are apreciated.
Need some kind of urgent answer.

I did the unlock again via "prepare phone" procedure. All was ok , and during unlock i can see on the LCD , "software upgrade in progres...." so the LCD is ok , unlocking procedure performed ok , but after unlock same problem - no LCD working.
I dont know what to do now , it seems to be a software problem. Should i make a fullflash? should i make repair PDS, should i make a complete repair procedure ( i mean write boot , repair PDS and fullflash all at a time )? Any advices are welcome.

@ vali.rusu,

You can try to make Repair PDS and after that Full Flash the handset with the same or higher firmware version. If the problem is software then those procedure will solve it.

If the problem won't be solved, check TP resistor. It suppose to have 33 Ohm.

I will try that but 1 more question ( hope that i am not disturbing u too much ) should i make the repair procedure via "prepare" mode or via TP?

To avoid any type of hardware malfunction we recommend to use Prepare cycle.

Thanks again , i will do it via prepare to avoid any hardware trouble ( if it wasnt damaged yet ).

Repair PDS and full flash performed , still same problem , i will try to solve it by changing that resistor.
I've flashed the phone with the option "overwrite boot area" NOT checked. Could this be a problem? ( i didnt wrote boot in the phone during PDS repair and fullflash operation just prepared the phone - PDS repair and than full flashed the phone with "turn of the phone after flashing" option checked - all ok ,no errors- i know that this can be an silly question but i dont want to make something wrong again ).

Also i didnt check the option "unlock automatically after prepare".
And something strange: after this operation , if i conect it again to smart moto , when the smartmoto read phone's info it shows that now the Boot version is 6.82 and i didnt wrote any bootfile ( the phone was originally boot 6.83 )

Try flashing it back with boot V3x_boot_6.8.3.mfw.

Solved through hardware repair. I had damaged the resistor probably when i made the TP. My fault. Thanks everyone for the great and quick reply.
