Arrow V3xx boot loader

Good day to all, Can anyone help me with my V3xx phone, when i got this

phone upon turning on the phone boot loader will indicate. So i tried to flash

same version which is boot loader 03.02, R26111LD-AS_U_96.80.55AR upon

flashing the phone when it reaches to 6% an IO error will ocured and on the

screen of the phone Critical Error: DEA1. So i tried other versions

Please ensure that phone battery is fully charged and you are using a stable (10V, 1A or 12V, 750mA) power supply with your Smart-Clip, then try again. In case of having the error, please post a log file without serials.

Best Regards

are you triying to flash a .mfw file?

If so this file is not intended to be flashed to a normal working phone juts those in S Blank mode or after prepare procedure, try to flash it with a .pcf file.

The flash file format has nothing to do here. The phone should be flashed with this file without problem.
The thing is that Timeout error appears even before the flash file is located and loaded.

Please specify what version of Smart TestPoint cable do you use? Did you perform Prepare Smart TP procedure at all?

You can try flashing this handset using SCout flasher. Just i have a suspects, that flash chip can be damaged and flashing will not help.
