At the moment you should unlock it by code .

@ mobile star,

V3xxr is not currently supported phone model for the unlock procedure.

i have same problem... somebody has unlocked this phone before?? i have subsidy code but i cant enter the code because when i insert a wrong sim the phone hang in at&t image
