V975 always in flash mode - GSM-Forum

I have a V975 wich came to me in flash mode after a bad unlocking procedure with USB-Smart i think.
Phone says : Boot Loader : 0.5.F.1 and FirmWare: R245_U82.31.56I. I have tried a repair PDS and full flash with R245_U_82.31.68I and overwrite boot area but the problem persits and the phone diplay's the same thing, like i've done nothing to it.
After i made a repair PDS and full flash whitout TP whit the same version like in the phone. Here is the log

I tried again repair PDS with TP but now i get the error

But the model is selected V975.The phone diplay's the same thing like the begining. What can i do more?

@ calinsuciu,

Try to make Repair PDS and after that Full Flash the handset with higher firmware version.

Such error Reading flash id... Intel-28F256L18B (x2) appears, when flash chip can not be read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.
