V975 error in unlocking please help
 
hi i need your help i recieved a v975 phone but when try to unlock it i got this error.

now when i press *+#+power on, the screen will display"error:0x1DE"


when i try to press again the remove the rsa button phone will not connect anymore. "Searching for phone...not found" "Connect phone to Smart-Clip before proceeding"


how can i repair this phone?
im planning to flash the phone with TP procedure so that it will power on again, correct me if im wrong. and if im able to power it on again after flashing i will repeat the procedure. using the step by step unlocking procedure.



as of this moment the phone will not power on but if i press *+#+power on button it will just display this "error:0x1DE"

i cant connect the phone anymore for flashing or unlocking.


please help. tia

if phone displays "Error 0x1DE" need to go to "Unlock" Bookmark and press "Remove RSA". Phone must be connected via Smart-Clip for that and taken into boot mode using *#PWR ON key combination (with standard cable) or using repair cable without keys combination.

Problem solved i use Test Point to be able to connect the cp.
