Is everything OK with your handset? Why is it got detected as S Flash Rainbow POG? Can it power ON?
Also, are you sure that you are trying to unlock it and do you exactly have v975? Possibly it' a different model?? It looks more likely that you are trying to flash it.

Best Regards

Connect phone powered on not in flash mode, and press search button so you can view for sure that phone is V975, disconnect and put phone in flash mode (* + # and power on) and look what boot have inside if is 6.12 or 6.31 ok disconnect battery (remember to use charged battery) and power on in normal mode attach to smartclip and search again, now go to tab Unlock and search V975 and press "Remove RSA" and wait procedure complete (attention after erased boot smartMoto ask you to disconnect battery and put back and whit *+# and power on to boot phone in flash mode, you will se on phone Error 1x etc..etc.. np attach to cable and press OK to continue procedure at the End disconnect phone remove battery reset smart clip and attach again to cable now you need only press Button UNLOCK on smartclip and wait unlock process.
That's all.

Right.. And what is he suppose to do if the model is not V975? What if the phone is C975 as it's listed in his log file?
