hi
i try to unlock w230 it give me error again an again i follow the proceudre give on support site plz help urgent

Refresh port first before ticking the unlock button. or connect phone to usb try to find what port the phone is connected(device manager). then set the comport where the phone is detected. Press unlock. hope will help bro

What error does it give exactly? I don't see any errors at your screenshot. Show here full log of the operation.

Strange untypical problem.. Have you tried to reinstalling SmartMoto?

yup same error after uninstall and install it same problem... operation stop at sending boot...

Have you installed the "Locosto Interface" driver correctly?

Quote:

For unlock purposes the only driver that is required is the "Locosto flash interface" driver. No need to install the phone model driver.
The SmartMoto will automatically (no user intervention is required during the installation) install "Locosto flash interface" driver and display the following message: "reconnect phone and try again".
