w388 dead


i have a dead w388 which turns off after it shows logo and i wanted to flash it w/ scout but the PC couldn't detect it because it wont fully boot. so i tried to do repair eeprom in SMART-clip but it seems i always get this error in the middle or start of process "0xBE" anyone got a clue?

i got a w388 dead or just boots up until FORMATING FMGR...
here is log during smart clip repair function:

Was the Locosto driver installed properly?


Use the latest version of SmartMoto, v3.20.

yes it installed properly.. how can i flash it using scout? it seems to have an error during file convert and i cant seem to find a w388 model in compal tab at the scout flasher
