w490 boot mode PH SIG ERR:39:02 - GSM-Forum

Please SC Team help???????????
I've read many post like this.

The phone now is in boot mode PH SIG ERR:39:02, maybe flash memory was erased by some hardware problem, because in a normal process after Erasing flash memory it remains in boot mode PH SIG ERR:39:02

In my case battery phone fully charged and SC power supply 12V 800 mA. In fact I've unlocked many w490, w510 and w5 with same box ans power supply...

SmartMoto 3.23
S-Card: xxxxxx Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.12, assigned Smart-Clip: xxxxxxxxxx Europe, initializing... OK
Smart Adaptor: serial xxxxxxxx , firmware version 1.05
Clip serial: xxxxxxxx, version: 4.09, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... C.50
Sending boot... OK
Erasing flash memory io timeout
failed

do you have any testpoint?

like v2 testpoint...........

try to v2 testpoint sir...............

unlock it via tp method after un lock done do fullflash as follow...

The phone may have a hardware problem as the software can not access the flash memory...

I've tried to flash the phone with the same sw version but I couldn´t, it always give me "erasing flash memory io timeout" or another error

Could you please help me with the exact procedure?????????

the same thing happened before with me while making a tp on it and did not solved , i am sure it is cause FLASH CHIP damage

try 1st connect the TP1&TP2 if same problem.
change only the capacitor on where did you connect the TP1
that only the problem not the flashchip.

THIS capacitors u can find it also in motorola v3.
Well To every one I have not unlock any of this models by the smartclip bcz u can broke them at the process, just buy a code there are cheaper and saver than to open a phone!!!!!!
We are still waiting 4 the kindest of smartclip team to make a solution to unlock argon models w490, w510, w5, w6 .... etc, without open the phone Im mean without tespoint.
