If not then tray this step.

I had this. emailed support@smart-clip, next morning the software worked fine. Needed to redet the server to allow me to update again.

my smartclip already upgrade3.08, but upgrade dongle or this kind of prompt!

In my case it was the previous update of the skey was bad. It all worked with the then current smartmoto, but the scard updater gave the same message as you have when the next update was available. Once reset by the smart-clip server the update was allowed.
