Is possible to unlock that model? If yes, how?

Please read phone backup from this set and send it along with the log file to support[at]smart-clip.com or alternatively upload it to some file sharing web site and PM me link for it.

I received also an unit for unlock but is not supported

We are waiting for a solution. for the moment , the same error with wx306:

For me everything about Motorola should be borne primarily by Smart Clip, team of smart-clip does not let us down

sigmakey it is also a gsmserver product and i think we don't see wx306 in smartclip updates.

You can check list of all supported phone models here.
It can be unlocked with the SigmaKey.
