Device Damaged - No Reply From Support Team


I have been emailing support for help for a SCDR2.


Lpt Port : 0x378
Status : Device Damage!
Serial : BC3E85B272BDxxxx

I emailed [email protected] twice for about one week now but never get any reply from them.

Am I writing to the correct address ???? or SAGMASTER SUPPORT IS SLEEEPING EXTENDING THEIR NEW YEAR HOLIDAY.......

Try to update your box until you repair it, i met the same problem but after some tries i have succeed to repair my box

What if box is already and out of warranty? Are u still going to replace it for the reason box was damaged due to update process? Not by mishandling?

If your answer is NO, I am presenting you some arguments why you should exchange the box as my supplier is not replacing me new box.

1) the very main reason is BOX WAS DAMAGED DUE TO YOUR UPDATE PROCEDURE. (even box is with warranty or not). If i didnt update box, then it could be working well upto this date.

2) UPDATING of BOX is RECOMMENDED for you to fix bug fixes and added new models to ur previous release. AND OF COURSE FOR ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE PROTECTION. If we take the risk of killing boxes when updating, then we might buy a CLONE with no UPDATES.

3) WE PAID FOR THE RIGHT TO USE SOFTWARE. We are not buying for a piece of plastic with a few IC inside. We paid for the SOFTWARE and the ABILITY to UNLOCK SAGEM FONES.

So with these arguments, hoping u exchange me a new box.

When Will I Expect A Reply From You. After 2 Months Again.

This Is The Worst Box I Ever Bought (same As Ufotools). Poor Support......

tried rebuilding it....the device seems to be ok but device coomunication error appears when we tried to upgrade it.....
