when i try update it say

Status : Device OK.

Type : LPT SCDR II
FirmWare : ver.:12.00a
Phone Done: xxxx

I had same pb tried many many times without sucess always contac sagmaster teams
changed my ISP and upgared my dongle to v13 in 30sec

i was trying under Xp SP2 not succeed but when i try under win98 it done

XP must check with user port
here discription

please conect next time to server
and check new donload option on client beta exe
new client for SCDR 2 on download section

problem to make update when i run upgrade tool this is the message

close all firewell antyvir ICQ etc
try again later

send info about dongle to [email protected]

Monday I try see this and check server status

changed to win98 i succesfully upgrade my crd2 to v13!!!

but whats the problemm by WINXP ? I can operate with sagmaster ,i can flash phones with it but i can not update it ,always device not found , with WIN98 all is ok ,but i whant to know what is the problemm under XP
